Vanagon Trailing Arm Bushing Replacement

DIY project using a Ball Joint Kit -a free loan from most Auto Parts Stores (I got mine from Canadian Tire) and a plumbing adapter available at most hardware stores - Credit to Chris from T3 Technique.
NOTE: This can be done with vehicle jacked up in place with only disconnecting the brake flex lines . This will allow the trailing arms to freely and sufficiently drop down. Of course, you'll have to bleed the rear brake cylinders afterwards.

Hello friend, to make it easier for you, cut the cord to the adapter or hose connector, depending on what you know, and one or two loops in the part where it would enter the hose, it will be easier for you to remove the press. Greetings from Mexico.

The bush sleeve insert is a pluming water fitting reducer available at any hardware store...Large opening is 2" i.d. (inside diameter) and the other end(reducer end) is 13/4" i.d. (inside diameter)....Hope that helps...
