Now that I've listened to the whole album multiple times, this is my first impression: It's great! If I could, I would immediately order it on Vinyl. My expectation was that it would be a mostly consistent album where every song sounds similar to Reuzenspraak, so I was surprised at first that that's not the case. Every song has like a totally unique sound - I normally quite enjoy when bands sound exactly the same on all their albums and all their songs. What you've done with Een Verloren Verhaal is a very creative approach where it's very hard to tell anyone "listen to this one song and you'll know what the band is about". That's probably something good! Reuzenspraak is my favorite song of the album, as it reminds me the most of the kind of epic folk metal that I listened to a lot over time (old Equilibrium etc), so doing a music video of that was a good pick. After that I'd put Onbevangen (I love especially the second half of it), then Gevallen in de Nacht (reminds me of Nightwish , which is something I would not have expected in a folk metal album) and then Uit Steen Geslagen. The other songs I don't really put in that ranking as they're not really metal songs, but I think the Folkestral songs are really awesome, they just don't fit a ranking with a different genre. My only criticism of the album would be that the metal part is a bit short, so I would have loved to see a few more than 4 metal songs. Maybe 2 more songs similar in style to Reuzenspraak, that would have been perfect. Or maybe 2 covers of other popular folk metal songs, that would have been great too (like a Blut im Auge cover). But when the only criticism of an album is that you wish there would be more songs, then it of course means the album is great! Will the album ever be released on Vinyl? I actually own neither a CD player nor a Vinyl player, I only use Spotify to listen to music, but I do like to buy the music I like to support the hands, and then I much prefer to buy the Vinyl version as it just look a lot better hanging on the wall than a CD :)

Hey Thystros, thank you for your super awesome comment! Yes we we're actually working on 5 metal songs total for the album but we had a lot of composing problems for the 5th song. We just couldn't get it up to our standards that we've set for the other 4 metal songs so instead of having a mediocre / meh 5th song we choose to do 4 songs of which we were totally all convinced they lived up to our standards. We're considering to do Vinyl because of overwhelming demand, keep checking the socials to stay updated on it!
