The smoke reached over to Minnesota. I live in the southeastern part of Minnesota, and it was smokey hazy all day Monday because of the Canadian Fires.

Flying The Nest It's definitely a lot better now. I might get flamed for saying this, but the fires actually made for gorgeous, martian Vancouver skies and was beautiful for photography.

What a crazy experience with the fires! Iet's hope you're headed to the east coast of the US!!!! Now that you're done with the road trip I was wondering if you have any tips for long drives? I'm used to a 5 hour drive out to Pittsburgh a couple times a year, but I might be taking a 17 hour road trip to Florida this winter... HALP! Love your faces =)

Julie Rusin Are you going on the road trip with other people our just yourself?? 15 hours is LONGGGG! We suggest you need an amazing music playlist! Work out what places you want to stop off at before hand so you have little targets to hit instead of having Florida as the goal. Umm andddd make sue you dont run out of fuel :P We love your face too Julie!!!!

In Iowa, all we've had are red suns. It's been a little hazy, but that's about it! 🌅

Actually the smoke is from North Pemberton mid June lightning struck a mountain and it has continued growing very quickly the air quality warning in whis is 10/10 because of the smoke from the mountain
