I only probably touched the snow twice in all my lifetime- I give him the credit for filming it but wont go too far by saying that his one of the best film makers. This was a touching experience to know that I got this close in a position of view (POV) and something that I probably wont forget for a very long time to see a bare this size in the comfort of my own home and probably as close as I'l ever get in all my 52 years. Well done team and I'll probably treasure it.

Hey Alain, great show been whatchin for a while and I've noticed you don't talk much about what rifles, caliber and loads your use. Help us gun nuts out and throw us a bone please.

My taste in guns is pretty basic, 7mm rem mag 160gr Swift -375H&H 270 or 300 grain Swift [and I have used some Barnes in the past] and for the big stuff I use my Alex Henry 577 NE 650 gr. This rifle was originally built in 1887 and then had new modern barrels put on in 1920. I had the stock and metal redone in 1992 in Belgium. If you see me using anything else it has been borrowed. That would definitely work, but I'm betting he has rifles more appropriate shooting out to 300-400 yards like 338 WM, 300 WM, 7mm RM, even 30-06. A 175 gr or 180 gr Partition or Accubond out of any of those would be a more than adequate pill.

He's often used a Winchester M70 in 7mm Mag which is I think what he's using in this video. I believe the .375 he normally uses has iron sights.
