Absolutely beautiful inside and out the design is flawless and colour throughout is perfect especially kitchen.

Looks like a morgue. Needs some nice caramel colors to warm up all that grey. Also some textures and some nature, like plants and other outdoor objects. Yard needs lot more plants. Backyard's not at all a friendly place. I like a fire pit, BBQ, ambient outdoor lighting and cozy places to sit in the evening. This place has zero personality.

I love the colour palette of the house, it's modern and minimalist but still looks cosy with the wooden floors and the kitchen omg I love what they did with the kitchen cupboards they have texture and the combination of the grey colour with the white counter tops 👌 perfect oh and I love that built in shelf on the TV room open to the kitchen. It's beautiful ❤️ I can watch the video over and over again and never get tired.

(If it were me, I probably would have tripped over my own feet and done a face plant halfway through the shot). Also, props to the assistant / agent for getting out of the shot after opening the front door and before you turn back to look at the front door.

I have looked at similar contemporary houses in this neighborhood that are better than this. The land is worth around $2.2 million and the house cost just under $1 million to build. The builder wants very steep profit for this. No pool. Small garage, small driveway. $3 million can get you something really exquisite around North Van.

I think many people like the while, clean and minimalistic colour schemes which they can complement with art pieces and furniture. Also... it rains quite often here so it helps keep things brighter on the inside.
