Praise God. So nice to hear uncle Valleys voice. I still remember the day he wrote this song 2 weeks before the bandra fair. How excited he was making the song. Every verse he completed composing aunty Mavis had to leave her cooking and come listen to it from the kitchen. He would insist she listen and tell him how it was, and my simple aunt would lovingly comply. What wonderful times they were. It taught us love is simple and humble. Both uncle and aunt were simple hardworking down to earth people. From my uncle I learnt the dignity of labour. No work was ever menial to him how ever dirty, backbreaking or difficult. He always worked with a smile.
