Kyle is a producer on this show. Vanderpump isn't - and in fact, they were trying so hard for ages to convince Vanderpump to join the cast in the first place because Vanderpump's name is what attracted the go ahead signal for others to take it up, including Andy Cohen himself which he has openly admitted. This show wasn't supposed to be a housewives show at all at first, Kyle had pitched a show that followed the lives of the Hilton sisters (Kathy, Kim and Kyle) in the same way that there is a show which follows the Kardashians. The network approved of that concept, however Kathy ended up pulling out, and as Kyle didn't want to lose an opportunity to produce a show, it then turned into a housewives series after they had managed to convince a few people to join which then got Andy on board. Vanderpump had said that she wasn't sold on the idea at first because she didn't like the idea of having arguments at her house which she considered to be her peaceful sanctuary where the family relax after a working day - and she was apprehensive after watching a few episodes of the other shows to get an understanding of what it is about. Eventually, NBC Universal stepped in to try to convince her to join, and ultimately she agreed to - so perhaps that explains to some people why Vanderpump was quickly able to create her own spin-off because that would have been her cashing in on favours the parent company agreed on. Vanderpump set out her conditions for taking part in the show, and Kyle's efforts in the first few seasons went into making sure that she would stay because while Ken and Lisa aren't two figures people hear about in daily life, they are both highly regarded within the socialite circles in LA and London, with a lot of prestigious friends and contacts. Kyle is the person that gives information to the media about the leaks, and this was conveniently confirmed when a reporter from Entertainment Tonight slipped up in an interview on November 2019 with Kyle, where he temporarily was lost for words and went into auto pilot mode; however he ended up revealing how Kyle had shared with them that Kris Jenner will be at the party with Brandi and all the other ladies next season, and was there anything else she could share with them about it. I didn't think much of it until last weeks episode which aired this month, July 2020, and everything that reporter said he had down to a t. He knew the setting - a party - and he knew particular people who would be there, such as Brandi and Kris Jenner. That wasn't coincidence and the odds of that being a lucky guess are nigh impossible. Watch Kyle's reaction from that interview and you will see the horror in her face when the reporter says it. Safe to say that interview was quickly wrapped up shortly after lol. All of this is very easy to pull off when you stage yourself to be the controlled lesser friend in a relationship, and because Kyle and Lisa would spend a lot of their recording time together, as Eileen and Rinna would, it became a natural instinct for people to presume it was Vanderpump every time. None of the women will take a go at Kyle because they all know that she has input over who stays and who doesn't. It was no coincidence that any cast member who had good relations with Vanderpump was weeded out of the show each season lol, and when they have a cast that is 100% against Vanderpump, that's when the iron strikes. Lisa is trusting though, and to some degree that is her downfall. However the one thing you can not fault her on is that irrespective of whatever people may have done, she wouldn't ever let a person stand alone if all of the other women wanted to go after one person. When Brandi was alone for the reunion, Vanderpump would come to her defence when justified. When Dorit was alone for the reunion, Vanderpump would come to her defence when justified. When Teddi was alone for the reunion, Vanderpump would come to her defence when justified. Those actions speak louder than words, and perhaps the American audience didn't catch onto it, but the British audience certainly did. Kyle gets frustrated with Vanderpump for the simple reason that Vanderpump will not go along with whatever it is Kyle wants her to say for the sake of manufacturing a storyline. That was never part of the deal for Vanderpump when she joined the show. It's probably going to take the majority of viewers a few more seasons to properly realise who the real troublemaker has been all along, and that is Kyle. For 9 seasons, she had managed to hide behind the veil of Vanderpump and deflect a lot of the suspicion onto her, but now that Vanderpump is gone, it should become increasingly obvious as time goes on when the veil is lifted. The day Kyle went to Vanderpump's house and tried to create another storyline is the day Vanderpump got confirmation that she was being set up, and from that moment she threw out all the camera crew and has never recorded with them since. That wasn't Vanderpump running away though - because she still came back for the questions and interviews with Bravo after the season, albeit not the reunion itself but she wasn't going to allow any further opportunities for the cast and production to portray her as something she's not. Because that was the impression the show made of her character, Vanderpump was then able to turn around to the parent company, NBC Universal, and pull up on that card she secured a decade earlier where they agreed she could leave the show with the same integrity in which she started. Effectively, they owed her a favour and thus was the creation of Vanderpump Dogs. Ultimately, very savvy and very smart lady, but her flaw is that she is too trusting of people. However, that's a flaw many Brits have, so it is what it is - but when that trust is shattered, you can never repair it. It comes from a place of principle, not so much a place of stubbornness.

It was a confusing issue for everyone when Yolanda was sick because no one understood the issue. She was getting second opinions and holistic treatments and in the end the reason was because two separate things were happening 1. Lyme disease 2. The issue was LVP said to Rinna “ why didn’t you bring Kyle in to this” but she wanted to say “ I thought you gonna bring us in to this” she admitted that to Kyle for thinking that. So instead saying I’m sorry I didn’t mean to say that, it came of the wrong way because that wasn’t what I was thinking or feeling something like that. If she just apologise then it wasn’t a big deal. The scene between Kyle and LVP was very powerful.

The reason Kyle gets frustrated with Vanderpump is because she won't go along with saying something false (such as "changing her story") for the sake of suiting Kyle's grand plans. Look back at every single drama there has ever been in the show, and you'll actually find that the common link between them all is not actually LVP, but it is in fact Kyle. The reason it looked like LVP at first was because Kyle and LVP were always very close in recording just as Eileen and Rinna are close in recording. When Kyle was being interviewed by Entertainment Today in November 2019, the reporter at the time had a brief moment of loss of words and went into autopilot mode, however he ended up slipping how Kyle had informed them about the big party involving Kris Jenner and Brandi on the upcoming season, and was there anything else she could share. Just as why the chef at Adriennes house from Season 1 was given extra amounts of air time and lines in exchange for him leaking information to the media which had caused the fight between Adrienne and Vanderpump. It is all done to pull in the drama and hope for better ratings, and what else are you going to expect from production lol. Very easy to slip under the radar when you make yourself appear that you are the controlled friend in a relationship with a supposed manipulator. The other ladies will not call Kyle out on it either if they value their spot on the show. Why else do you think that Joyce, Carlton, Kathryn and Eden were never invited back? That's because they were all friends with Vanderpump and the objective for a few seasons now has been to weed out any supportive cast members of Vanderpump and replace them with cast that are against her. The plot was always to target Vanderpumps popularity with the audience, because it was threatening to the other women. Now, because a lot of the girls are sworn in oath with one another, they feel confident that Kyle not dare remove them from the show at the risk of dishing the dirt. I mean, is no-one else seriously surprised how Teddi is still there, somehow? Apart from having the odd spinning class here and there and reminding people to stick to their diet, what exactly does this woman do with her life? We know absolutely nothing about her, and frankly she has nothing to show as a home likely because it doesn't stand up to much of the other cast.

If somebody asks a question and you don't want to talk about it, you just tell them that you don't want to talk about it then and there and that's it. We don't throw around the word "sorry" willy nilly, and certainly not in instances when there was never any ill intent. The questions Vanderpump was asking might seem forthright to an American audience, but in the UK that's generally how we are with each other when we are getting to know people. So later on when the topic is brought up again in Vanderpumps garden and she has that "what the fuck" look on her face, believe me that's genuine because all of us had that same expression lol. Also, I don't really understand why it was such a big deal when it was being discussed in the Hamptons, but when she had the dinner with Yolanda, Brandi and Rinna it didn't seem to bother her then. Kyle's objective at the start was to ensure that Vanderpump stayed because a lot of was riding on that. For instance, Andy Cohen only agreed to do the show when he had heard Vanderpump was going to be on it, and that's something he has admitted himself in the past. Outside of the show and in the real world, Vanderpump is a social queen in the socialites in LA and London. She has a lot of prestigious friends and contacts that the show were wanting to spruce up the glitz and glam extravagant lifestyles for the audience. What really captured season 1-3 was that there was an authentic storyline for most of the women that could be followed which seemed organic. Adrienne would always be promoting something to do with her business (didn't expect anything else as she's a businesswoman first and foremost), Vanderpump would also do the same (again, expected because she is a businesswoman also), Kim richards had her addiction issues (which I feel would have been "outed" by Kyle if the other show had persisted as planned regardless), Camille had her marriage issues (not great, but it was authentic), so on so forth. Fast forward a few years and then the decision in production is made along the lines to start involving women that were simply just fame whores. Starting with Brandi. It just went downhill from there because the show started to lose its sparkle and class. To this day I still cannot understand how Eileen is more offended at someone not saying the correct version of sorry over a person that threw a glass of wine in her face. All of that had to be scripted and pre-warned in the establishments, because if it wasn't pre-arranged, there is absolutely no way in hell that Rinna would be able to eat out at a restaurant and smash a glass on a table in a public restaurant in Europe without being charged by the police for at least a breach of the peace or a public disorder offence. That episode was a massive hint into the suspicion of the show, at that point, being scripted or being organic. A lot of people forget that Rinna joined the show after being invited by Vanderpump - same for Dorit and Joyce, actually. I think that Vanderpump did actually say to Rinna about mentioning Kyle, but I also think it's true that Rinna has completely misunderstood what Vanderpump was actually trying to say to her in the form of a code, because remember Kyle is on production and she is going to hear everything that is said on the microphones and such regardless even if they don't make the screen lol. I believe that Vanderpump had clocked onto the fact that Rinna had taken the bait to say something very eruptive and inflammatory about Yolanda's illness, and as the conversation continued Vanderpump could foresee how this could play out and the position it could leave Rinna in. So when Rinna is leaving her home, she would see her off as she would normally do with any of her guests, and at that time, while being aware the mics were on and everything they said will be heard by Kyle one way or another, she tried to give Rinna a coded message to speak up about who had prompted her to say it in the first place because Kyle would have previously shared the storyline with Vanderpump and that is what Kyle means from "If I go down in flames I'm taking you with me". Before all of this, I genuinely believe Vanderpump had presumed surely none of these women would be stupid enough to ever say such a thing so probably thought it would never happen. Unfortunately for Rinna, she truly is just remarkably dumb, and couldn't even figure out the helping hand she never comprehended she desperately needed at the time it was offered. Every time after that when it was brought up, the focal point of that story kept shifting from "who was the first person to mention it" to "but Vanderpump asked why didn't you bring up Kyle's name?". Kyle would deflect it back onto Rinna to start arguments with Vanderpump on a completely different and irrelevant part of the actual situation because it glossed over who had the suggestion of it first. Kyle. Vanderpump would have been sat at half of those dinners thinking to herself "you stupid woman, I threw you a lifeline and you wouldn't even take it." when Rinna would fall for the tricks again. Vanderpump has used the one tool that none of the other housewives understand, with the exception of perhaps Carlton, and that is British humour in a way to be able to communicate with certain parts of the audience to relay the truth out of the show periodically, and we've caught onto each and every single time, but it is dressed up as a "jab" at the other housewives which is precisely why it is designed for them not to understand it. British humour is like idioms, the literal meaning is not the contextual meaning. For instance, if you "I could eat a horse", that doesn't actually mean you could eat a horse, but it means that you're really hungry. There are many, many examples in the show where the authenticity was highlighted for certain viewers, and we understood the message each time (but I don't think many of the American audience have actually noticed it, because they seem to think it's just passive aggression).

Kyle is very devious then because she always plays the victim and always acts like she doesn't know anything but worse of all she's always going against LVP. I don't care if Lisa Vanderpump is devious or does things but doesn't admit to it because she made the show interesting to watch, now she's gone it's boring without her. But Kyle is getting the karma she deserves from the other women turning on her. I'm so glad the Hilton's reality show did not go ahead as that would have been a bore. Kyle doesn't act like a producer at all.

But we know that's nonsense lol. It's nonsense because all of the cast of the prior season already knew that Yolanda wasn't well, the only difference is that it was never brought up in the other season. Lisa Rinna joins the next season as a new cast member, so she wasn't there the year before when the others already knew about Yolanda. That's why Yolanda had been with Rinna because she knew herself where it came from because the others already knew about it the year before. That, of course, is the stuff they don't show you because it would take away from all the drama, but it comes out later on through interviews lol. This was nothing more than Rinna making a fool of herself and coming up with the term munchausens (which is notoriously attributed to social media influencers who fake illnesses to garner views, followers and likes, etc).
