Hey man really like this!! I see you are joining the Elektron family, sounds really good of course!!! Are you using them as the main sequencer rather than the mc707 or using both for more parts?

Thanks . Many years ago I had Octatrack and other Elektron. Now I'm back to Octatrack, because it is a good machine for live performances and sampling manipulation. I still learn, because it is a bit complicated for me :) Octatrack of course it is a good midi sequencer too. I'm using both with MC-707. Syntakt is great for psybient/downtempo music. I was really impressed watching videos with Syntakt on Substan YT channel. I reallly recommend :) But of course like always, I tried to play some Goa trance on Syntakt too... and it is :)

Thanks :) The idea was to use Syntakt as much as possible. So all drums are played from Syntakt internal synthesis (except sampled open hihat and snare roll from Octatrack)

Well done. I love this music that I try to make but only with PC and software. You with Syntakt and Octatrack do an excellent job with the samples, how to use them with the computer like I do, I can't afford those two marvels of machines. great jam..☺

also a syntakt and octatrack user! was that wavetable type sounding synth in the first part coming from the syntakt? i haven’t been able to get sounds like that out of it yet

Yes, all synth sounds coming from Syntakt. Octatrack plays only vocal sample, open Hi-hat and snare roll.
