Oh, we have that phenomenon in the Philippines. I thnk it was around S7. It's called the portal bush. You enter the bush, disappear and then get back in your well/base after 30 sec. Really weird feature. All you need is a TF at full build, closely resembling this one.

I'm aware that Blue Card TF is perfectly playable in Season 13, and has been for a while. Addition of new items, however, for sure makes it more fun and makes the 1 shots easier. Stormsurge really adds up to the burst + crits from Shadowflame aren't half bad either. Stormsurge is a surprisingly decent 1st item for TF + it's BLUE!

To be fair a champ like twisted fate who has one of the most easy skillshots to dodge and has an aa range lower than most ranged champs (525, most ranged champs have 550) and 2 of his abilities depend on his aa, and with all the champs today that jump around become untargetable, get dmg reduction, etc, this makes tf a bit more viable PS: before they nerfed statikk shiv tf was already doing this in this season also, having full ap blue card (110%ap)+ lichbane (50%ap)+ statikk (50%ap)+ E passive (50%ap) you would have one aa deal a total of 360%ap which is more ap ratio than most mages with all abilities combined
