Which one do you think is easier to play? I like mouthpieces that feel "easier", with not much unecessary effort

Well they both have some resistance. If you are looking for a mouthpiece in a 7 tip opening that's easy to play I'd go with a Selmer Jazz Flow.

The Small Plus sounded Better

Small chamber is brighter, more focused and more powerful. I play the A9S+ and it suits me perfectly.

Why should I? Actually I had two Bellites - one standard and one Custom - both were terrible in my opinion. I also had a Diamond Inlay M7S which was ok but nothing special. Tried hard rubber Custom one and found it way too harsh. Can't remember If I ever tried the small chamber Diamond Inlay. For me Vandoren V16 is much better than any off the shelf Beechler.
