at 5:00 - if you remove the 4 road tiles going around the single alpaca pen to the cotton plantation and then move building there, you should end up with 1 tile to spare inside the rectangle. whenever i end up with odd pieces i tend to first look if i can redcue the road tiles going through fields, since each road tile less is a field tile more.

Excellent Taka! - I too really like the look of the Chocolate production chain! very nice. I don't mind the Tobacco one either - well done. I'm a clever Anno boi BUT I like my cattle - imagine a burrito made with fish oil! yuk! :-)

For the cigar factory at 11:00, you can take out the road between the warehouse and cigar factory, as the warehouse side roads will connect to it. Then you can get the whole setup to fit in a 30x32 tile rectangle (31×32 including a road along the bottom edge) by giving each of the 4 tobacco farms 191 tiles instead of 192. I think you once said that that didn't impact production? It does give that irritating symbol though, so still not ideal.

I dont really like perfect squared farm fields because i use farm fields to cover up uneven patches on the edges of the island to properly use available space and it looks good too.

I don't think I'll be doing any more let's play series. I haven't even actually played the game since October of last year. Creative mode is giving me the chance to do some updated guides and stuff but that's about it. My interest in actually playing the game is beyond zero as I have thousands of hours in it and there's just nothing else that entertains me with it anymore.

I used to replace the beef farms with fish Oil. But Artistas have a sweet tooth and started demanding ice cream. So you're still gonna need beef farms. Dont think it's available in Docklands and there's nobody that sells it either.

Get more RAM and/or shut down background processes. The game takes a lot of memory to run the longer you play.
