Lost my dad Jan 14 & my mom Sept 28. I have 2 other siblings but they left the house to me, unfortunately they didn’t have wills or life insurance, so I’m going to try to keep the house but don’t know if their mortgage company will be willing to allow me and my husband to transfer the mortgage into our names.
