the Grief card. alot of stagnant energy - grieving for a long time.... FACTS! the energy in your belly - holding a lot of tension in your stomach... holding a lot of trauma and releasing in ways that aren't necessarily healthy. FACTS! ^^^ a lot of indigestion, reflux... i feel very gassy and its not really coming out as it should.... not trying to be funny.... It seems us Pisceans have been trying to rid ourselves of people who do not serve us for some time now. This was the message when I started watching this channel 3 years ago. Diane, love, what is up with us that we can't trust the people around us? No matter how long you have known said people or what type of relationship it is. People are just............................ I live in NYC and since the pandemic and the Shutdown of 2020, there is a change in the atmosphere in this city. I cannot explain it but I can only describe it as an evil shift. We are a crazy, violent city as is but it has gotten worse by the week. With inflation kicking our asses in an already wild expensive city, people are losing their minds. A woman was set on fire recently by a migrant on the subway and she died (a homeless person nonetheless but a person tragically died.) Today on the news, I heard a postal worker was stabbed and killed for I don't know what. The horrific tragedy in New Orleans. The list goes on and on and I'm like, WTF is wrong with people? We were ground zero when a raging virus plagued this city killing the 10s of thousands of people who lost their lives. The rest of the country witnessed what happened to us and Cali yet the rest of the country chose to disregard because of the lack of leadership we had at the time in government. I'm sorry to get political. I do not want to but people forget and that absent mindedness, that short attention span caused that mindless leadership to return back in office for another 4 pearl-clenching years. People forget too easily and it is a shame we forgot what was at stake 2020. Mental illness is a huge issue that is overlooked and has been overlooked. People need help. People need resources and can't obtain. This may be too extra but I am just at a loss even with what I experienced during this pandemic. It has been..... it's just been.... I don't have high hopes for any change in a better direction and that's a scary thought to have. Sorry for the doom and gloom guys and I thank Diane for that little meditation. It helped to listen to my breath. I have not done that in a while. (al thought I feel it was cut short). Thank you for your on point message - onward we go... Sidebar: Something made me take it back to Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation album. I was 8 years old when that album came out and I remember always listening to my walkman while on my roller skates as a little girl. That album was my most favorite album and made me a huge Janet fan. That album is an effin classic STILL in 2024. The message and her impact with this album at the time. It's timeless and fits even now.

WOW! This is cra cra. I’m curious to know what time you posted this reading because at 3:48 PST I was talking on the phone about how my kids betrayed me (chose $$ over loyalty and love) and how every time I receive radiation treatment for cancer and I’m asked ‘Do you have a good support system?’ I cry bc I think of my kids’ actions. The person (therapist) on the phone said “you’re grieving”. The kids ages 30 and 31 betrayed me 5 years ago and I’ve known I needed to sit in the disagreement but I never saw it as grieving. That’s exactly what it feels like. And you mentioned grief here. 😏
