Wow 😱 how can such a knowledgeable intellect like myself 😂 who is a whole grown 41 years and obviously still none the wiser for it!! How can it be that at 11:03 I’m only for the first ever hearing of this & now being educated as to why putting a little mineral salt in your water 🚰 can be so beneficial 💧 Now its starting to all make sense as to why I’m always thirsty, dry mouth🥵 always feeling and looking so dehydrated!
