Look into the NuX DM-8 e-drums. Its their flagship model. 12in snare, 10in toms and bass. It's expandable. Worth looking into

I’ve seen the NuX stuff and it seems pretty cool! I actually bought one of the Kat modules made by them, but had to send it back because they didn’t include the snake.

With the cymbals being dual zone, you can hit the edge or the bell? I’m looking into buying an inexpensive e-kit to practice on. I have new triplets, so it needs to be quiet. Do you prefer the Alesis Nitro Max, Simmons Titan 50, or this Chinese kit? Thanks for your videos!

Congrats on the triplets! The cymbals have edge and bow zones, no bell zones. I honestly do prefer this Donner over the Nitro and the Titan. It’s just a more sturdy kit with bigger pads.

@@keithinator5874 oops haha, I got confused which video you were commenting on. Hmm. Between this Vangoa and the other two kits, I would still probably choose this one. From what I have seen of the Nitro Max, it seems like a giant chunk of crap that falls apart, lol. The Titan 50 is a good kit too though. The rack isn't as sturdy as this one, but the module is better.

@@demonicsweaters From the videos I’ve seen, the Titan 50 module does seem better than the Donner and Vangoa. It seems more natural, with less machine gunning. It also has the 10” snare, compared to the 8” on these other two. Thanks again for your input and for taking the time to reply! I guess it’s time to make a decision…haha.

No, this is a completely different kit. Similar sizes, but the module and rack are completely different.
