I have thought to commission them for a home to be built in the Tumbaco Valley (in Ecuador). For now, I’m working on my Spanish. O M G I'd actually move to TX for an opportunity to live in this home. I appreciate the non-narative video, but then realized we're missing out on a mind-blowing description of all the hidden amenities this estate is sure to offer. I could find no specs throughout the Internet, except that it's 31,000+ sq feet. You could land a plane in that behemoth of a master suite. Opulent, articulately designed house, furnishings, and lot... I hope to see this concept property someday come to life. They left nothing out. Probably $100M +. Would require an enormous staff to run. Most of us will never step foot into a home of this grandure and sheer magnatude. So thank you for giving us the gift of this video. So many questions. It's obviously a baller's home, and the video has some CGI in it (the water is moving weirdly and people out front are not real). I live in Katy, TX, right next to Richmond, TX. What neighborhood is this in? There are many neighborhoods in Richmond and I can't think of any that would fit this Mega-Mansion. How much is this place? It is not really my style but it is a stunning home. I love some of the finishes. Is the 32,290 sq. ft. a typo? Geesh!, you'd need trackers on the kids. Basketball courts are 4,700 sq. ft...is this property on its own land? That would make more sense if it was on acreage. But, it is gorgeous!
