Anyways Here are three delicious recipes for you to try: --- 1. Classic Pancakes Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix. 4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. 5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. 6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh berries, or whipped cream. --- 2. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (Garlic and Olive Oil Pasta) Ingredients: 200g spaghetti 1/4 cup olive oil 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt, to taste Grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Instructions: 1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. 2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. 3. Add the sliced garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, or until golden brown (be careful not to burn it). 4. Add the red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for another 30 seconds. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the garlic and olive oil. Toss to coat, adding the reserved pasta water if needed to help the sauce come together. 6. Stir in the chopped parsley and salt to taste. 7. Serve with grated Parmesan if desired. --- 3. Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 3/4 cup white sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 large eggs 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. 3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined. 5. Stir in the chocolate chips. 6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. 7. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Let the cookies cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely
