- 150 grams sugar
- 90 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml vegetable / sunflower oil
- pinch of salt

This look so so good. I love puding and puding-like things but I hate buying it as it is starch only. This is great. I will twist the recipe a bit using almond flour and a sweetner, and will let you know how has it turned out

Well sorry but APF is always made from wheat 🙈 there are just different types/how much is used from the grains (like cake flour, bread flour, wholewheat flour). A different flour would be rye or buckwheat, spelt flour (all also different kinds)

Cassava flour has a very similar consistency but it is lighter than all-purpose flour. This means baking with it can be tricky. Cassava flour is lighter, yet it absorbs more liquid. Just like any recipe, you make substitutions for you may have to experiment a little to find the perfect amount for the recipe 😊👍❤

Looks so good but 8 eggs is too much cholesterol for my situation. This would be a good thing to do though if you hate wasting food but need to use up a bunch of eggs before they get too old.
