Vanilla cake. Vanilla basic sponge cake

Ingredients:
* 200 gr of Butter
* 300 gr of Sugar
* 300 gr of leavening flour
* 4 eggs at room temperature
* 125 ml of milk at room temperature
* 1 tsp vanilla essence
preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180 ° C.)
2. In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until you get a cream.
3. Add the vanilla essence.
4. Add the eggs one by one and continue beating until everything is integrated.
5. Add the flour little by little inserting with the milk (a little flour, then a splash of milk and repeat) mixing with a spatula until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
6. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm buttered and floured mold or lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake at medium temperature 180 ° C between 50/60 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Once removed from the oven, let the temperature drop on a rack and then remove the Antea from the mold to cool completely so that no moisture is generated in the base.
