Impress everyone with this amazing Vanilla Flan Cake Recipe!! Yes half vanilla cake and half Flan baked at once #recipe #homemade #easyrecipe

Flan Recipe:
► ¼ cup of Water
► ¾ cup of Sugar
► 2 cans of Condensed Milk
► 6 Large Eggs (or 8 medium ones)
► 1½ tablespoon of Vanilla
► 800 ml. Milk
Sponge Cake Recipe:
► 4 egg yolk
► ¼ cup Sugar
► ¼ cup of Milk
► ¼ cup of Oil
► 1 tsp. Vanilla
► 1 cup Flour
► 1 tsp. Baking Powder
► 4 egg whites
► 1/3 cup of sugar
1. Start by making the caramel , in a sauce pan add the water and sugar without stirring, let it become caramel. Place in your baking pan.
2. Then make the flan by, adding the rest of the ingredients in a blender , leave it aside.
3. Now for the sponge cake, in a bowl add the egg yolks, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and mix well. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix.
4. In another clean bow add the egg whites and start whipping, after two minutes start adding the 1/3 cup of sugar little by little until it become a meringue. Last food in the egg whites to your batter gently but well.
5. Now to assemble add the flan mixture on top of your caramel them add the cake batter, place this pan inside of another one filled with hot water and bake for 40 minutes.
