A smart man once told me that they are indeed legs within an internal break or chip. In fact it is only considered a crack when the damage has traveled to the surface and is either visible or can be felt with a finger nail ect. So we fill legs within the break with an injector and cracks are a completely different process entirely. So when assessing your break do be sure to pin point those two variables from the beginning so your not chasing your tail later. Experienced techs know this such as these leading industry tool developers. Couldn't help but raz a seasoned vet for a grammatical error. It's a crack visually to the normal person however its a leg by auto glass standards. This tool looks sweet! I hear the curing quality and time is extremely fast. Might need me one of these bad boys.

I have a question regarding the initial cure under pressure, if the resin was still liquefied at the removal of the tool after the 15 seconds, does that still constitute a successful cure under pressure?

How did you measure the temperature of the glass?

8:50 i thought it was supposed to be cured via those uv lights? but the resin is still runny. or does it just cure the thin resin that fills the cracks?

If the tool was designed properly in the first place then it would have been able to reach under the injector to cure the break. Welcome to amateur hour 🤡
