Man, I used to just jam out to Iron Butterfly back in the early 1970's. To be totally honest, the album belonged to my mother, but she didn't seem to mind my borrowing it. That was, or almost was 50 years ago, and I still haven't returned it to her. And yes, I do still have it and it is in perfect shape for ancient vinyl. My parents are actually long gone now, but I bet my mother still comes to 'visit' me when I play that Iron Butterfly album. I hope so, because I still really miss her and my father, both. On another note, thank you for the excellent videos and superb narration. I know I am not the only one who enjoys your videos and your narration. You have a great voice, my friend. There was a supposed encounter between Bigfoots and a father and son. Both stated that the Bigfoots' communication between themselves included a form of whistling. For what it's worth, I used to work as a zookeeper and lived at the zoo. Pygmy marmosets can naturally whistle, and apes have been known to learn.

This is happening all over the world; I don't understand where these people are going! It seems like in the past if someone went missing, they were found in a timely manner, even if they were dead from a fall. There is something else going on in all forest areas! Really concerning... It seems to me if they walk off the trail they simply disappear.

I listen to every one of your videos, I love your show. I am addicted to all these 411 stories. I have been racking my brain trying to come up with anything that makes some kind of sense? There is nothing to explain these disappearances. One more thing, the case of Hildegard is interesting to me because of the noise a S&R person heard. I remember that the case of hunter Tom Merrick (spelling) one of his companions heard an odd, undiscribable noise also. I realize they weren't discribed as sounding the same, my point is that maybe something else was out there on both occasions before they went missing? That makes me believe we are not alone....

It seems like the missing son Dougie may have have been something done by someone jealous of the family. Too strange to have been an accident. He should have been found, at least, if no foul play. He was probably caught off guard by someone saying they needed help. Since he knew the area so well, he probably never gave the situation a second thought and was taken advantage of for his kindness!!! Your son is an Angel regardless!!!( I have 3 full grown sons and I pray always that they be aware of the same types of situations in their lives!!)

Gilbert probably unknowingly mentioned his plans to someone who had it out for him, and they took advantage of the situation. Such an easy hike by someone who knew the area like the back of his hand? Probably taken out by someone who knew the area too!!( govt. cover up???) Put person who last saw him on a polygraph!!!( elimi ate them as possible suspect) Guy was probably eliminated because he knew something he should'nt and was becoming a liability!!! He was probably even at a point where he was questioning how much he knew that was beyond his own moral or ethical standing. Very scary and unexplainable!!! God is with him and you, his family!!!!!
@kathycondon473410 ай бұрын
The ranger who last saw him would have also been aware of anyone else out there at that time.( Gilbert at Olympic Nat. Forest)) Why would she even care if the music was loud???(short distraction) She was maybe a lookout( knowingly or unknowingly, wittingly or unwittingly) for the govt. action about to take place!!! Maybe she even dropped off the guy who did it, and stopped Gilbert from getting up there too soon,in order to let the guy who did him in, get set up, or hide out, or hide his vehicle, at the place Gilbert had said he was going. Very sorry for family loss!!!

I am an actual NPS Ranger. And I can tell you the exact reason people keep disappearing: People are stupid. The things I have seen people do at parks is mind numbingly stupid. Everyone thinks that Federal Parks are nice safe areas because the Ranger come through and clean out all the dangerous wildlife and the rules we have are just "suggestions". You want to be safe in a park? Stay on the GD trials!!! And yes, you are in nature, and nature doesn't give a flying f@#k that you're on vacation. Don't feed or pet the animals. Don't go for a swim in a lake that has no swimming signs. Stop thinking that if something bad happens, the Rangers will always come and save you. That puts our life at risk as well! We help people stay safe by educating the public. We don't tell you to follow the rules just to be a@#holes. We do it to keep you and the wild safe. Yes, accidents that are beyond your control may happen, and in that case the Rangers are there to help. But stop being stupid!!!
