As far as eyeliner; I’ve recently switched to some of the Believe Beauty make up products. The nail polish goes on amazingly and I LOVE the foundation (they don’t have a ton of colors but I found 2 that work great for me and I’ve tried for YEARS to find a good foundation. I also like their eyeshadow pods (although my favorite eyeshadow brand is by Shadow Sense products). But like I said....their eyeliner is impressing me so far...they don’t irritate my eyes and it goes on like butter but it hasn’t smudged on me. Oh...the lipstick feels wonderful as well...I’ve looked for years for the perfect red color for me and I finally found it with Believe Beauty. It’s a brand at Dollar General of all places..none of their products are over $5
