The "bad miracle" interpretation is too good to pass up. Imma need a screenplay written around that like right now
@Bitsy83 Жыл бұрын
I won’t lie; when I first heard that line, I instantly thought “Wouldn’t a ‘bad miracle’ be a curse?” But an opposite of a curse would be a blessing. So I guess the term “miracle” is just any event that logic or science can’t explain. We often say miracle to describe good things, but the Moses/Pharaoh parallel is a good point

5:25 is the best part of this entire video. The look that Kaluuya gives after saying "Maybe you're on to something" is hilarious... This is a movie that I wasn't impressed by the first time I watched it and then I watched it again... and again, and it just worked better with every rewatch. I would say I now really like the movie, especially after watching the Dead Meat Podcast talk about the details I missed my first watch (with friends, not fully paying attention)

Keke is such a breath of fresh air. She has a great attitude and positive spirit that's extremely endearing. Also, I didn't recognize Steven Yeun at first with the short hair. I kinda like his new look.

Despite the movie not being about Skinwalkers the overall feel reminded me very much of the tale of Skinwalker Ranch. Especially the way lighting and the distorted sounds were used to create tension in the film.

Fun fact: the connotation of a “miracle” as a positive thing is a relatively modern perception. Back in the Middle Ages; a miracle was just anything so unexplainable that it was supernatural in nature.

Yesss! I love when Daniel gets to speak his own English and not American! His calming voice and charm is brought out so much more when he’s speaking naturally. If you’ve never seen it please see Black Mirror’s 5 Million Merits. Anyways I loved the movie and this clip, all the cast members were AMAZING and the references and homages and metaphors just blew my mind. Peele is a modern day genius and I’m so looking forward for what’s more to come

There is something that we still don't know about the TMZ guy's death. He had a helmet on.....his eyes weren't visible, then why does it kill him and not OJ who is right beside him. Does the mirror like finish of his helmet mess with its brain.......does the brief reflection of OJ's eyes on his helmet trigger it ?? Answer to this question IMO will give us more details about Jean Jacket's behaviour.
