Vanlife Couple Chasing Chiapas Cascadas; Misol Ha and Roberto Barrio, Chiapas, Mexico
Vanlife couple, Snow and Curt change plans on the fly as usual. After a short drive to Misol Ha, an amazing waterfall, a short hike, and a quick hidden cave exploration we just weren't ready to stop. We jumped back in the van, with Snow driving, and headed to the Roberto Barrio Biosphere with an awesome river hike. Oh, and Gmoney and Vanna get to visit the cascadas and explore, as well.
Feels great to be back in the van everyone and we are especially happy that you have decided to join the journey! Thank you so much for watching. Can't wait to see you on the next one.

Hi again S&C What a great day! Beautiful waterfalls a cave and even lots more stairs for Curt! Relieved for you you didn't have to drive on those muddy roads but a landslide made it interesting. Good food sights and a swim made for a really nice day topped off by a sunset making jungle colors. Wow! Kittys had a nice stroll too so everybody is happy... Hahah with that music in the cave it sounded like some disaster was about to happen. I brought my ice shoes with me, the ones that hook on the outside of any shoes, they are good for mossy walking. I hope you don't pressure Snow to pass those big trucks on curves! Haha maybe a cork for the back seat driver/co-pilot..... Visa expires in January... Belize land borders are still closed... But, Guatemala is open witha covid test, so... we hope to head to Belize, but may have to skip it and go straight to Guatemala! Covid sure makes things a bit more hectic out here!

In the waterfall, it was the GOPRO in its waterproof case, you would not be able to hear whether there was music or not. Sorry! No waterproof mics!

Some awesome adventures there. How many hours of footage do you usually shoot for each video?

The amount of footage varies greatly depending on what we are shooting! Example: I LOVE LOVE LOVE Seals and whales, so if I am shooting those, you can bet I am going to way overshoot and be kicking myself later when I am sorting clips! LOL!! For a video like this one, we likely have 2-ish hours. But, some videos can have 5-ish hours! Great question!
