Now I want to rewatch your best cabbage recipe video again. Loved that you used the word “hankering”. It’s under used IMO. Love the hat idea for sleeping!!!!! I find many of the hats are too big of a layer on my ear when side sleeping. I remember your excitement at having found those Bombas in AZ. FYI... Bombas are guaranteed for life! If you ever have an issue with them, holes, etc.. reach out to customer service. You do not need the receipt, just follow their process. I recently replaced a few pair, and it was a pleasant experience.

Lulu, I just love your organization and how you have a place for everything where you can find it without hunting! Glad to see you have a wool blanket and gooney hat in case it is very cold for you. I now know what kind of hat I can use tent camping! Like you, I can't stand that tight sensation and slippage on my head of a winter hat ! Great alternative for me, thanks Lulu. Massachusetts actually got rain today after a few months of dry weather. We need it ! It is 42 degrees at 7:00PM, so cold weather is creeping up on us. With a good food supply, comfy & warm bed, and everything put away nice and neat, you should be having great traveling! Enjoy your drive and sing until your heart is content ! First aid kit things most people do not include.i made mine in a fishing tacklebox, scissors sharp knife tweezers alcohol , eppipin sewingneedle thread, snakebite kit,hot/ coldcompress ,small saw( yes)justin case,ibprofen ,antibiotics, ace bandages, rubber strip for a tournique, tell me what i forgot ? Hi LuLu :) if you find H Mart along the way, they have steamed Japanese sweet potatoes (but they call them Korean sweet potatoes, they are steamed or baked over hot stones, sometimes they are purple and sometimes white, all sweet and delicious but I know you don't like white swt potatoes so much but these may be different? ), and they have whole grain brown and black rice steamed inside acorn squash halves, no oils and no seasonings, just steamed and ready to eat. Also lots of seaweed by the case. Their fresh veg selection is massive. There are locations in TX, GA, IL and along the East Coast (and west). They also have 4 canisters of butane cooking fuel for around $8 (prices can vary). And it's entertaining, it would be worthwhile I think. Some of their locations are smaller but I think they all have the sweet potatoes

The coldest I’ve ever been in my life was on a Texas beach in December. And I was inside a building that was supposedly heated! The wind coming off that water is brutal! I ordered the hat in bright red to wear hiking during hunting season.

Safe trip back home Lulu. Love the cold weather options you shared. I have some sock booties similar to yours and my feet actually get hot so they are amazing in cold weather. I'm going to look into that hat option because a regular Bennie just pops off my head and then I lose a lot of body heat from the top of my head. I had/ have that same mattress heating pad. I had a waterproof cover on my mattress under the mattress heater and it melted the waterproof mattress pad to it and my mattress. Oops. I don't know how hot I had it.

Hello! I'm not an electrical or math gal, but my rough calculations seem to indicate your mattress pad is 6.2 amps (Amazon description) or 744 watts. On "2", your sweet spot setting, how long can you run it if your 2000 watt power station was at 100%....I'm thinking somewhere between 8 and 10 hours, but that's math on paper. I'm curious as to what really happens. Thanks for any insights.

honestly, I haven't a clue. whenever I'm using it I'm traveling "through the cold" waiting to get out of it. so I'm either traveling home from where it's warm and need to get through a few cold nights, or I need to go through a few cold nights when I leave home in the winter and head to Florida. so I'm always on the move when in the cold, which means my Bluetti is pretty much always at 100% and I don't have to think about what I'm using, I'm always just going to make it again. so I just don't pay attention to it. if I was stationary in the cold and not generating as much, I would be paying close attention to it.

🎉YAY🎉! I ❤ what you do with your Home Sweet Home ⏰Clock Time⏰. I have a habit of turning my ALARM clock back one hour for waking up and going to bed in the Fall and Springing it one hour forward in the spring. (In addition to daylight savings) I do this because I like to watch the SUNRISE and set in the winter...and I get as much natural light that I can during the winter. In the Summer-I go to bed when It is getting dark and wake up with the light. (It feels "healthy" for me and my body). Texas HEB Grocery- Organic Produce- #1- Walmart #2. 🤠"Hankering" for a Steak 😂 🤠Wool- I ❤ wool socks(I crochet my own)- they have a small percentage of acrylic (makes them stronger). WOW! SCORE thrift store BOMBAS find❤! Electric Heat Pad- I take a little one everywhere at home with me in the winter. My 😺 also Loves a heat pad in winter.
