VANLIFE - Time to use a campsite...

Visiting the Lake District in a van? Want a good campsite? This week, we visit Pooley Bridge on Ullswater Lake. With wild camping practically impossible in the area, a meet up with friends and enjoyment of the lake meant a campsite was the only option.
We got lucky with a direct, lake fronted site allowing for fun times and immediate SUP board and kayak access.
The village of Pooley Bridge is a beauty and a highly recommended visit.

Hello you lovely people. Aww sorry you had a bad time with the Gazebo. Hopefully you get a result. I've been through Pooley Bridge but didn't stay - I don't think - as I was trying to make the campsite on time. I left my bug killer on last night as I live on the side of a park we get daddy longlegs - caddis flies - I hate them almost as much as mozzies. I need to get Kayaks out again soon.
