Yeah that's a definite no. Couldn't take a hint the first time people were mad at him and instead he listened to a PR Team and made a horrible "Apology". And the fact the apology didn't even really include much of his actions, cropping out his messages, not giving the full story behind those messages. He apologized for being caught in actions not even regarding what people were mad at him for the most, underage grooming and manipulation. If he really cared, he would've "put *all* his cards on the table" but he just put the Joker and kept quiet over the most heinous of his actions. He refused to let his audience know what he really did. He had plenty of chances to learn and he looked for ways around it. He was learning on how to get away from it, instead of owning up to it.
