the original crocketts are pretty good shoes, but the kyle walkers are easily my favorite vans shoe ever, they seem like they last longer than these shoes too with that extra support and protection

Yeah so I've had these shoes for 2 1/2 weeks. Probably the comfiest shoe I've worn while skating for awhile. But, the left shoe got completely trashed after 1.5 weeks. The layer of sewn canvas next to the laces completely ripped and exposes the innards of the shoe. Part of the left shoe's suede toe area is ripping at the seam between the canvas and suede. I had to replace laces as well. But, I really like skating in the shoe.

These things blew out on me after 2 sessions. It wasn't even the fact that they were canvas, it was the stitching between the toe cap and the shoe. His first shoe was the shit (had like 4 pairs). These I am not too fond of. Guess I'll be getting another pair of old skool pros tomorrow.

i hope so. i always watch these videos. you guys should make us more aware by being more informative. maybe with these multiple skaters explain how their different style wear on the shoes differently. what do they think about the cupvlulc? are there differences between colorways? not hating just giving feedback. thank you for replying

Yeah that good. i'm putting off skating them for a few weeks. but good construction, im very happy with the heel, its still low profile but with some padding and nice leather outer touch on the top. Hopefully i wont put a hole through the material on the inside of the heel from it rubbing over time: the inner material on the heel is very comfortable and sort of like neoprine (kinda reduced friction). would have like to seen the side stripe painted on like the green model because i use the middle/side of my foot for ollies and heelflips (i suck at kickflips) and the stripes have come off for me on previous vans shoes. The other thing i would improve is have the tongue attached to inside of the edges of the shoe via elastic.

they arent even doing and kickflip/heelflip tricks so the shoe isnt ripping faster also they always be saying shoes are good and stuff. theyre probably just getting paided to say the shoe is good

Think about it, they probably aren't getting paid, but they are a skate shop. If they say it's great, then in theory, people will buy the shoe.................. from their Skate Shop. That's my conspiracy theory on the world of shoe reviews from skate shops.

nah bruh i fuckin love vans just that i hate that they always say their shoes are the best😂😂 no shoe is perfect but vans are pretty dope no lie. im skating a pro pair rn idk the name but i just know that its so durable. the top which is suede is so damn amazing but i wouldn't say its durable for the heel cause its thin canvas but the shoe is still really solid.
