2D Zelda is BACK! - How Good is Echoes of Wisdom?

After a long time we finally get a totally new 2D Zelda game! Is it good, great, the best? Or maybe it's a bit disappointing thanks to all the changes? Some people love change, some people hate change... What if it's somewhere in the middle? I will answer this question in this video so you can know if Echoes of Wisdom can continue the streak of amazing 2D Zelda games, because there never has been a bad one. Try to prove me wrong if you can!

My relationship with Zelda games - like with most people in my life - is unusual. I've only played The Minish Cap to completion. But I have an imaginary thing going on with all the other games. I FEEL things for them. Since I'm so financial responsible (poor) I'll eventually get around to pirating this one too. My Review of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom: Hearing Zelda go *HUP* when she jumps is adorable enough to justify the games existence. 10/10 Thanks for another good upload, Vanserchan. My honest feedback for your videos would be to force yourself to slow down! You talk so quickly. My dumb brain can only process so many words at once, so go easy on me, Oneesama. Looking forward to your next one.

Unusual relationships in real life, that seems mysterious... Maybe you're some kind of psychic? At least that's what it sounds like to me... If you're one I'm a bit jealous! I try to be slower sometimes but it just comes out fast anyways. If you drive a car you don't wanna slow down either right, even if it turns into an accident almost! (Even though I think in my earlier videos I talked slower but eventually it just changed and I can't go back... And there's other things I would fix first if I could travel back in time)

First, Koopa kids did no wrong! Second, it's awesome to see Nintendo continue to experiment with the open ended sandbox approach in another 2D Zelda, frankly more 2D Zelda is always a good thing! The topic of inventory bloat creating item redundencies and allowing so many brute force solutions I think kind of shows how there's still dome value for a more limited toolkit, keeps things focused and actually requires you to engage with the puzzles or combat. With Totk supposedly capping off the BotW story maybe they'll go back to the drawing board and strike a balance between the open air design with the more tailored Oot/SS games!

True, they did nothing wrong, it's Nintendo's fault they keep reusing them... And I really hope so too! They can keep the open air design for the next 3D Zelda but I really just want a more traditional approach to the dungeons like here and maybe have actual upgrades in them. (The dungeons in TotK were just... meh)

I have a feeling Nintendo are going to do a 180 and pull out another lighter-toned Wind Waker style for the next release.
