Considering the nasty rock you are digging, it's doing well. As always, it's a pleasure to watch an efficient operator.

I'm originally from Texas. We have solid limestone down there. Now I'm in Michigan and it's nothing but sweet clay and sand.

I like how he ran this cut. He has the trucks facing the right way. It's a drive by pattern and most importantly he is swinging towards his cab, so that the trucks cab and the excavators cab are facing each other. The only thing I would do differently is, have the trucks pull up a little further so that I'm swing more over the rear corner of the truck.

Mindy lose a lot of cycle time that way as you’d swing further and can’t dump or return to dig as quickly.

I hope sometime soon now that you are uploading again that we get videos with your running commentary. Always enjoyed those when you running gear 👌

Moving thousands of yards a day with a nice smooth bottom, means big bucks for the boss! Good Job.

Late comment here nice video nice, what happened to the rock or stone, was it crushed or recycled and made into aggregate or road base material?

Hydraulics are groaning a bit. Ever use that Cat additive that quiets down the pumps? Might not hurt. Probably can't hurt this machine anyway. Probably need to rebuild the pump(s).

Diggers, planes, big difference haha main thing is never be overly confident, it will be the death of you. the shock of how much skill these machines take to master will do you in lad. I know of a fully certified opertor and he threw the whole bucket of earth over the side...

yes, just needs to be worked to make it smaller, so it can bind together.

Hey Jason where I work we are currently pre grading sub division housing lots its approx a 2 meter cut we have a 336 and 2 25 ton off road trucks should we run the trucks in the cut and place the hoe up on the bench? the foreman insists on running the trucks on top of the cut and loading them with the hoe at the same level is aggravating. It is all contract work as well and just from watching these videos it seems like we are very un productive
@timtom77539 жыл бұрын
it depends on where you are dumping the dirt but most times you wanna do it just like this guy is doing it. easiest and fastest.
@Jake257557 жыл бұрын
TPL Powersports think your foreman is wrong, 2 meters is roughly 6 feet and to travel all the way to the bottom of the cut the all the way up to the box is wasting production

I was reading what this t5jerry wrote to you ,20 plus years he says he's be operating excavator for and he write I WILL AGREE THE MACHINE IS SLOW he must only operated hot wheels size excavators because and operator in his right mind knows the bigger the hoe the slower she go's and rock that has not be ripped or blasted and a bucket that size good luck getting full buckets each time any was who the fuck my I and what the fuck do I know , in my eyes your doing a great job with what you have

I'll admit, not bad. What's with the windshield. Looks like chino grading
@mg113511 жыл бұрын
yes, you need a ticket to drive one, same goes for dumpers etc. and believe me they are not things you hop into and master straight away, takes alot of practise.

you would load those trucks an awful lot faster if you filled the bucket up on each cycle, if you look at the BACK of the bucket, near the dipper arm, there is always a void and you could also heap the back of the bucket with more fill.
@vantagetes11 жыл бұрын
I could get bigger buckets if it wasn't a giant piece of shit 375 trying to dig unripped rock with a 7 yard bucket. Do you even know how to run one of these?
@t5jerry11 жыл бұрын
no, only been driving excavators for approx 20+ years, although I will agree you about the machine being very s l o w and a piece of shit!
