One thing I do with regards to the training and resting of players, is I always have a first team and a second team... So I play with real Madrid and my first team would consist of all the best players in the team, followed by the second team would be the guys that are second best, and every match, I rotate the squads, so while first team rests, second team trains and vice versa. While on my bench I put my younger talent. Works really well and everyone gets an opportunity to play

I’m doing a sim only career and I can say that it’s important to do training at a high level, 2 team sheets is good but doing it every game will drain the sharpness and fitness and then morale will go down rapid! Best thing too do is too okay every training drill too A or B grade and then just constantly sim training so that they get a A rated every game and the cpu randomises who trains. Then for cup game’s or when fitness is down just change to the other players or lower rateds and just fill them in where needed. I’m currently 2nd with my team in league 1 after just winning league 2 title

13 - Make the Transfer embargo challenge. This makes sense and that should be realistic. Also EA should add the transfer embargo in ANY type of Career Mode. For example Chelsea in the 2019/20 season.

Embargo means that you CANNOT do anything, because you are punished and the meaning of the word is "punishment". In this case Chelsea didn't made any incoming transfer in the summer of 2019, because they were NOT allowed to do that because of the punishment who "The Blues" had. It is known as transfer embargo, which means that Chelsea can make ZERO transfers (in other words Chelsea were NOT allowed to sign players) at least one transfer window or the half of the season. :-)

I sometimes wish homegrown talent was an option when you start a career mode, rather than being a pre order bonus, this is why I miss the scout a future star from the catalogue. 👍🏻

If it’s not there now that is odd make sure you are signed into the game or you could try uninstalling it then reinstalling the game if that doesn’t work then contact EA try either the forums or Twitter

No the homegrowm talent dosent always have same nationality as the club tou are playing for example if you choose boca juniot you will mostly get players from england and wales not argentina oh and italy as boca and italy have a reach history

@@turdzy4207 I guess it's not a glitch. Irl, you can only make 3 subs if you're only replacing one player at the time, so in order to use the five available subs, you have to sub 2. 2-2-1, 2-1-2 or 1-2-2.

Player sharpness is glitched to -1 dynamic potential doesn’t even work it just downgrades all your players potential I have to stop my career mode because of that 🤦🏿‍♂️ ea sports need to do better
