'No sacking' enabled means the board won't fire you as a manager if you do not succeed their critical or high objectives. For example, if you fail to win La Liga and the Spanish cup and only reach the quarter finals of the Champions League with Barcelona, you will not get fired. So you can play your entire career with your favourite team.

The middle of the pitch is so open on career, literally play one pass and running at their defence and then an easy through ball is on, especially when the opponent has defensive tactics. So unrealistic how easy you can score and this is on ultimate difficulty

I’m a career mode head and I love how much more realistic the gameplay is and how you can actually act as a coach and implement tactics, I love how the AI in the opposing teams are actually aware and know how to defend which makes you have to play with purpose now. Graphics are Good as always overall I say EA made an effort and I like it.

AI transfers make sense in the first year, after that they repeat until Real Madrid has 0NE center back lmao. Also players do NOT age or change they appearance its a EA marketing lie, they only grow until they are 16 and stop. We will all buy the game its fine, but don't pretend that EA is trying. I was skeptical about fciq but having made several tactics and changing them during games, it does make a difference. Also the simulation settings make the pace and gameplay much better. Not so much speed merchants. Overall it is an improvement from fc24.

FIFA 11 (I think) had options where you could upgrade staff and stadium capacity. Really weird those features are still absent after over a decade.

Hm. Seems to be a step in the right direction. Simulation settings, and more customization for game setup is pretty huge. 24 was wayyyy too arcadey for my tastes. Especially defensively. My only gripe would seemingly be then the lack of licensing. Licensing is a cancer to the game. I want Serie A. I want more national teams, not less.

while i like the addition of the new academy stuff, i honestly do feel as though that's the only good thing that they've added this year. i don't think i can justify spending 60 on it as there's not really a lot of difference between this one and FC 24 other than the obviously updated teams. i really think ea have to pull their finger out if they expect me to pay 60 quid every year for their games which are practically identical each year. i guess its FUT players addiction to the game which is all they care about

Started a Man Utd CM as my first save (as I do every year) and after 4 months Mainoo‘s only grown by one and Yoro hasn’t even gone up at all yet. My tip for everyone who’s reading this is to set the development speed to fast for both youth players and first team players
