You can pick a coach who isn't gold in your tactics, they'll debelop into that tactic and eventually become gold

The team tactics don't work particularly well for some of the choices in my opinion. No matter what you set the player instructions and team instructions to, they rarely match up with the Team Tactics, especially for ones like Tiki-Taka. The players rarely move into spaces to receive a pass, usually just stand on the wrong side of a defender. The AI defence always seems to be packed out too, they end up with 8 or 9 players camped out soon the edge of the penalty area between the penalty spot and the edge of the D whereas you can have your tactics set to Drop Back and put the depth really low, have all your players set to Come Back On Defence yet they all just seem to run in random directions.

I miss the youth academy wonderkid you get when you first get into career mode I know they have given us 5 star coach but why did they have to remove the wonderkid you get you should be able to get both

I'm in my 7th season career mode. Big teams like man city, madrid, arsenal etc dont have enough squad players on their team. sometimes the players they have are very lackluster. for instance, mancitys squad has only 5 centerbacks and 1 goalkeeper. Real madrid's forward is Latasa who is below average. Most, if not all the big teams have checked either i've insufficient squads or players that wouldnt be considered of that caliber for the team. its been an issue ive seen in past fifa games as well. AI is not replacing aging/retired players. anyone notice this trend?

I would love them to bring back the homegrown talent, but allow you to customise his face and name so that he could look like one of tte clubs real academy players so it was more realistic

You can you just have to start a player career with them and then retire immediately, though you probably won’t get a massive job like real or Barca straight away

I wish the youth academy could play matches while there in the youth academy then you can see them grow then you would know what one’s to sign ✍️ and who’s doing the best playing for the academy

Sometimes negative answers are good. Some like too much games increase your morale eventhough it has the negative logo

You are wrong about not picking different style for coaches. They just boost some of your players stats for that tactical style. For example if you play tiki taka you can still choose a gegenpress coach for lets say your strikers because it will boost their pressing and stamina

And also you know the players stats when you see how many goals they scored in a season you should be able to have a look at how many trophies your players have won like ballon d’or how are we meant to know how many trophies our players get unless we count it up ourself’s

Like there should be stats on how many trophies ballon d’or your players have won and also how many goals your players have scored while you have been managing them like Ronaldo 800 career goals there should be stats like that

The training plans are kinda screwed up. My assistant manager will email to say that a player hasn't been playing much so I need to change their plan to keep their fitness up... despite them being in my first team every week 😒

They got the uefa youth league but dont use, i hope in Fc 25 you will be able to sim and see the results of the youth teams.

Those thinking it's difficulty, no it isn't, I play on legendary, but games against Liverpool are sometimes easier than games against Brentford or Norwich which makes no sense
