Amazing! Especially that carb! No way you could have got into all those nooks and crannies otherwise! I'm really impressed! And Damon picking up the media/ cameraman/ general overall Yoda master! Awesome work fella's!

How much did you buy this machine. This machine you bought with the air compressor or not??.
@JimSturdivantWoodButcher4 жыл бұрын
Having spent many happy hours using a vapor hone think about getting the height of the machine in relation to you just right. While using these machines will produce beautiful parts they will also produce the sorest of sore backs. Just my two cents, hone on.

Jim Sturdivant You’re 100% correct, I learned that the hard way when I got my first sandblaster and set it up way too low. I’ll definitely be getting a rubber mat to stand on as well!

I watched 3 times and I’m not sure what you mean by percentages and trade secrets. Is it the bead mixture or bead to water mixture?
@MasonGeorgeMotorcycles3 жыл бұрын
Yeah they don’t publicly publish the percentage of media to water that they recommend.... with that being said I personally recommend around 30% also the kind of media that you use is going to affect the percentage I only use glass bead. Thanks for watching Bob and I have made some more recent videos that go into more detail about the machine I recommend checking those out.

I dont know if you know this yet but there is a switch on the wiper to shut it off and low and high speed
@MasonGeorgeMotorcycles4 жыл бұрын
jeff pitchford On mine it has two knobs that control the wiper and the sprayer I guess they control how often the sprayer works and for how long it stays on but I haven’t really quite figured all that out yet. So far though it’s a lot of fun lol what model do you have?

how much does a machine cost
@MasonGeorgeMotorcycles3 жыл бұрын
They start at around 1000 and go all the way up in the 20s for the automated models... I think the retail price on mine was around 7000+ the cost of the air compressor and all the miscellaneous parts. Open loop machines are cheaper but I wouldn’t recommend getting one
