centre implementation is sluggish and insufficient funds allocation is not sufficient.this project would increase port connection of up Bihar. To cut down travel time and fuel losses would be cut down. All things depends on centres initiative and allocation of funds. Are they proactive in developing implementation.

Good question...Actually even the designer always wants to construct a highway / roads in a straight line but unfortunately he/she can't...there are many reasons as while designing the route alignments you have to take care of the habitations, towns, cities falling between , Forests , religious places , ancient heritages etc....apart from these even if one gets a long enough room for a straight stretch, still a perfectly straight alignment will not be provided, as there are chances a driver will fall asleep while driving on a road with a considerable length without any turns...

उस हिसाब से तो कोलकाता का नाम भी नहीं होना चाहिए, क्योंकि यह हावड़ा के उलूबेरिया तक ही जाकर समाप्त हो जाती है, जो कि कोलकाता से लगभग ४०-४५ किमि की दूरी पर स्थित है। बात ऐसा नहीं है, बात यह है कि कौन कौन से बड़े शहरों को कनेक्ट किया जा रहा है। अब चंदौली उलूबेरिया एक्सप्रेस्वे कोई कहेगा तो क्या पता चलेगा?😅 अब समझे आप?

@@Uda_dunga इसीलिए बचपन में जब मां बाप बोला करते थे कि "बेटा, स्कूल जाओ, पढ़ लो, पढ़ लो...", तो उनकी बात सुन लेनी चाहिए थी। वरना आज ऐसे फुद्दु जैसे बातें करके जलील न होना पड़ता...। कोई बांग्लादेशी घुसपेटिया इस सड़क को इस्तेमाल ही नहीं कर पाएगा, क्योंकि इस access controlled expressway का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए चाहिए होंगे गाडियां जिनमे लगी होंगी High Security number plates (अब तो fastag को भी हटाया जा रहा है)। और अपने गाड़ी पर High Security Number Plate का लगाने का मतलब होगा हरेक गाड़ीवाले का KYC और अच्छा खासा खर्चा जो कि एक घुसपेटिया द्वारा afford करना नामुमकिन है। और रही बात कोलकाता और बंगाल की, तो देश में मुंबई और दिल्ली के बाद आज भी कोलकाता सबसे अमीर शहर है, लोगों के पास पैसे बहुत हैं, लेकिन पूर्वी भारत में कोई पैसा दिखाता नहीं है। आज भी वहां बड़े बड़े पोर्ट्स (बंदरगांव) हैं, जहां से देश विदेशों से सामान का आवागमन (High Import/Export) होता है। बंगाल "गरीब राज्य गरीब राज्य" कहलाते हुए भी देश के सबसे अमीर एवं सबसे अधिक Tax/GST देने वाले राज्यों में छटी स्थान पर है। अब तो अदानी साहब भी यहां नए Greenfield पोर्ट बनाने में लगे हुए हैं, हर क्षेत्र में अदानी अंबानी और बाकी हरेक बड़े बड़े जाने माने Business Houses का यहाँ आए दिन निवेश की खबरें आती रहती हैं। पहली बार अदानी ग्रुप IT सेक्टर में निवेश करने जा रही है, जिसका Headquarter कोलकाता में ही होनेवाला है, इसके अलावा Hiranandani ग्रुप, अंबानी जी का Reliance ग्रुप, INFOSYS, WIPRO, TCS, L&T Infotech/Mindtree से लेकर जानीमानी सारे देशी विदेशी IT कंपनियां कोलकाता में ही अपने बड़े बड़े कैंपस खोल रहे हैं। कहा जाता है कि ५५ देशों में से operations करती TCS के हरेक दस में से एक एम्प्लॉयी कोलकाता के ही किसी न किसी एक TCS कैंपस से ही काम करता है। साथ ही साथ heavy engineering, mining equipment manufacturing, cement manufacturing, agro & food business, glass & ceramic manufacturing, leather & leather products manufacturing, steel industry, power industry से लेकर Ship Building तक लगभग हरेक क्षेत्र में बंगाल का स्थान देश के पहले पायदानों में आता है। अब तो मेट्रो के coaches/rakes का भी manufacturing शुरू हो चुका है यहां...! तो उम्मीद है कि आनेवाले समय में ऐसे बेहूदा गलती न कीजियेगा, और सोच समझकर बातें कीजियेगा। मुंबई, बैंगलोर, चेन्नई, अहमदाबाद, हालांकि दिल्ली जैसे हर शहर में बाहर से आए हुए लोगों को किसी न किसी तरीके का भेदभाव या दुर्व्यवहार का सामना करना पड़ता है, वहीं कोलकाता या बंगाल में ऐसा आपको कभी महसूस नहीं होगा। यहां जातपात, धर्म, लिंग, क्वालिफिकेशन किसी भी चीज़ का भेदभाव न कर सबको एक ही तरीके का प्यार और इज्ज़त बटोरकर अपनाया जाता है। यकीन न हो तो खुद आ कर देख लीजिए कैसे यूपी के हरेक जिले से लोग यहां सदियों से आराम और सुकून की जिंदगी जी रहे हैं, और बगैर कोई रोक टोक का अपना अपना धंधा कर रहे हैं। आशा है कि आप गोदी मीडिया एवं WhatsApp ग्रुप के Fake News forwards की बातों के चक्कर में पड़कर गलत फहमियों में आइंदा नहीं आयेंगे...। बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।
