- 1 cup Rava Flour, रवा का आटा
- ⅛ cup Besan, बेसन
- ¼ cup sour curd, खट्टा दहीं
- ¾ cup Water, पानी
- ¼ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
- 1 tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
- ¾ tsp Salt, नमक
- 1 tsp Coriander, सुखा धनिया
- ½ tsp Black Pepper, काली मिर्च
- 1 tsp White Sesame, सफ़ेद तिल
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda, बेकिंग सोडा
- Half a Lemon, निम्बू
- 1 tbsp Oil, तेल
- ¼ cup Water, पानी
- 3 tbsp Oil, तेल
- ½ tsp Mustard, राय
- ½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
- A Dry Red Chilli, सुखी लाल मिर्च
- ¼ tsp Hing, हिंग
- Curry Leaves, कड़ी पत्ते
- 1 tbsp White Sesame, सफ़ेद तिल

- 3 Pieces Garlic Cloves, लहसुन
- Half inch Chopped Ginger, अदरक

- 1.5 tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
- ¾ tbsp Coriander-Cumin, धनिया-जीरा
- ½ tbsp Salt, नमक
