Rice flour: 1cup
Water: 1 1/4cup
Cumin seeds: 1tbsp
White sesame seeds: 1tbsp
Green chilli paste: 1tbsp
Salt to taste*
Alkaline Salt: 1/2tbsp
Green garlic: 1/4cup
Carom seeds: 1/2tsp
Warm water: 1/2cup
Steam it for 10-12 minutes...
Homemade garlic chutney: 1tbsp
Water: 1/4cup
Peanut oil: 1/2cup
Athana sambhar: 1tbsp
Chat masala: 1/2tsp
