Vardy reminds me alot of Ian Wright. Both are great poachers of goals, very intelligent off the ball movement, and both came into the Pro game from the very bottom, working their way through Sunday League football before eventually earning their 3 lions jersey's. Respect to both men.

Should have given Vardy the respect he deserved at the World Cup. Sterling was terrible for 3/4 games in a row and was kept in somehow. Vardy has been scoring 20 goals a season for years now in the Prem and was snubbed.

@Hugh Jenas Was it to miscontrol the ball constantly for the first three games and have no impact? He started doing decently in his 4th game or something and was our worst forward player. To deny a guy that has been putting 20 goals away in the prem every season a chance at a full game in his place was disappointing.
