Damn, I also have vargottama lagna of gemini in D1 and D9. Could relate a lot to the childishness part. Have become better at dealing with it since I am in college now. Something spiritual. Probably it can have some symbolism. You there in India have a nice way to dress. We here in the west lost that culture long ago. We had a nice culture in pagan times. The Greeks would dress well and were very spiritual, the Egyptians and so on. Then the abrahamic religions appeared and things degenerated very much. Many good things were lost. Now irreligion is spreading so it's becoming worse from a point of view but with the freedom of religion we have nowadays some very few people are returning to spirituality. So yes, you in India have a good culture and he way you dress traditionally is very cool and good.

My Jupiter is my atmakarak which is also Vargottama BUT is it sill Vargottama if it’s in different signs? Like d1 Jupiter atmakaraka is in sagittarius (own sign) but d9 is in 7th house Libra(enemy) sign. Is it still good?

It's generally not good then. Go for Venus remedy..though it's vargottam but it's weak. Since you are an Aries ascendant, Venus is not a very good planet for you. And 6th house Venus is a difficult position for Venus( Maran karak sthana). The debilitation seems to be cancelled by neech bhang raj yoga, but even though it's a trouble if Venus is in 6th house. Any planets aspecting Venus??

Sometimes it's consider that aspects don't work on d9, it's only work on d1 chart.

No it should be same sign which is in the lagna chart or in same bhaav example if your sun is in the first house in the sign of saggitarius in your lagna chart but in navmansh chart if it is placed in the first house in the sign of Gemini it will be bhaav vargottam and if it is placed in any house in the sign of Sagittarius it will be Rashi vargottam
