Dark Colony was pretty popular in Brazil thanks to a magazine called PC Gamer, I played it a lot back in the day, it's pretty good for a fisher price starcraft. There's a LOT of great cutscenes. I remember you could easily mod the game by just editing some text files. There was also some secret units you could gather by using your resource miners on strange symbols on the ground, but I don't remember if that's multiplayer only.

Again, hope you liked the stuff in that shareware CD and hope you check out the others. That BEST GAMES CD also has a section with trivia about villains (entirely in portuguese), using the most crusty jpegs from the 90s. The CDs probably need fullscreen and 16 bit color mode, which is why they got all corrupted until Jobel changed the settings.
