Hi is thery any way to show one chart when we select one value in slicers, but it will changed to two chart for comparison when we select 2 values ?

Yes, it is possible. only thing to keep in mind that, canvas here doesn't automatically expand to accommodate your 2nd visual, and you need to keep that space blank which will only show if there are 2 values selected. else only 1st visual will show by default.

Before you are publish the pbix to Power BI service, check if visual header is not disabled
