All Star Superman is great, but I personally think any post-Crisis Superman story is basically the best you can get (not just all star Superman). Modern comics and movies have tried to change the vibe by making his past darker or some of his challenges a little grittier, but that’s because these new writers don’t understand that he is supposed to be a shining beacon of hope. A god among men, raised by humble human parents, who protects the world just because he sees it as the right thing to do.

My favorite superman has to be Smallville Superman, he wasn't officially a comic superman until the final Smallville episode aired. He was a superman that was more grounded and was as relatable as Peter Parker, growing up and trying to understand his powers, as time passes on he gets his feet off the ground and becomes the hero we know and love.

The worst version of Superman? Superman at Earth's End. In this universe, a much older Superman had been kept in a coma for centuries till he had a giant white beard, by some robots who were doing... something? I forget. Anyway, Superman breaks free, punches a robot in the gut ('I AM A MAN") Supersanta decided to fly down to Gotham were he discovered a post apocalyptic Gotham, which was literally regular Goth but with more giant bat monsters and a children biker gang. Due to the lack of sunlight, this Superman is becoming gradually weaker and weaker. Eventually Super idiot found the source of all these Batmonsters, ADOLF HITLER'S CLONE. BOTH OF THEM. Yes. Two clones of Adolf Hitler. Because of all the people you could ever want to clone, let alone twice, Hitler is the best possible option. So, how does Superman beat the Dynamic Nazi Duo? With a gun of course! And not just any gun. Oh no. He breaks into the Batcave to find the biggest, most incrediably stupid gun design that even Liefeld would reject. It is essentially an oversized monster truck engine someone stuck SIX sawed off gatling guns too. So, instead of just using his super strength to punch the Hitlers or something, Superman brings the monster truck engine too shoot the Hitlers, because, according to Superman, war never existed before Hitler. Just take a second to comprehend the stupidity of that for a moment. But, his powered had weakened enough so Superman was shot and dying. Instead of just finding some sunlight too heal himself with, Superman decides to burn himself with the corpse of Batman. Moral of the story? Guns are bad. No, really, the mini biker gang throws their guns into the funeral pire and declares that the guns killed Superman. Even though Superman used a gun to kill the Hitlers. And the guns are the only defenses they have for all the giant bat monsters plaguing the city. As I said, worst version of Superman.

The first Earth-2 Superman was more based on the version that appeared in Action # 1 in 1938. He married his Lois Lane in 1953, and arguably had a little of George Reeves in him as well. He was really only an approximation of the 1938 version, since Superman never stopped publishing, unlike Flash, GL, etc. who got new characters in the Silver Age. He was never Superboy.

Hey anyone else here who's at least completed the main story for Batman arkham knight? SPOILERS: I mean really? Deathstroke vs batman in tanks? Two martial artists fighting in fucking tanks? Seriously? I really didn't enjoy the boss fights in the game, especially the cobra tank fights. Boss fights and the amount of batmobile puzzle solving are the only real annoying things about the game, I'd just like some other people opinion on this. Other than that, the game is god damn amazing.

I know! Batman's and Deathstroke's rivalry is centred around skill and fighting. That's why Deathstroke is one of the people who actually came close to killing batman. It's disappointing that we didn't get a fight, especially because now he has a sword, as apposed to the staff Origins Deathstroke had.

I kind of agree with that josh, it's the Internet, if they can't complain about one thing they'll complain about another, people probably would've with deathstroke. But I expected more with the arkham knight. He is such a big thing in the game, and you fight him multiple times, predator format, batmobile and batmobile again.. But not hand to hand combat, disappointing. :/
