first of all just because you are duelist doesnt mean you “have to” do something second that may be true in lower elo but in his elo jett is going to be main entry 9/10 of the time which leaves him as reyna to take solo space. Reyna is not meant to take first entry at all but rather to play solo and get kills

Wrist is for high sens and elbow is for low sense. I use 800 dpi with .45 in game and I use elbow. It's a bit on the higher side I guess since most players use around the .3 in game with 800dpi. But yea, the lower your sens, the more space you take up on your table which results in using your elbow. Higher sens = less space so using your wrist is better. Even a small mouse pad will do if you're on high sens.
