Also another question, you Talk a lot about heavy Work to Drive strength adaptation, what % of 1RM should one Work with in the 3-5 rep range ? Doing "Heavy Work" with like 80% 1RM for 3-4 reps feels like not working at all, it's a weight you could do 6-7 reps with

By working RPE 7 all the time ? I mean when you're super strong, the cheer weight and stress must be enough, but when you're intermediate, isn't more logical to go harder ?@@mrt1430

You cycle it as explained in the programming series. You start on low RPE and ramp them up

Hey Micha, was wondering, let's stay you start a meso cycle too hard on for example pull ups which cuz you to block 2-3 weeks-in in that lift and not getting any gains, what would you do ? Change the variation of the Said pull ups because you overused a certain type of stimulus(which was too heavy to begin with anyway so you maybe even regressed) or adjust the weights coming Back to some RPE7-8 mid cycle or even deload that lift(Here pull ups) mid-cycle and Go Back on track a week later with a best Guess of actual. What would be your suggestion ?

I would probably keep the weight and rather taper the reps a bit toward the end of the block. So instead of set of 5 do 4
