Hello there, great videos.. Just wondered if you know where I can buy a Front Pulley with fins for my Honda Zoomer 2007? Many thanks

Hi James, thanks very much, glad you have enjoyed the videos, they are fun to make. If you want a new front pulley they cost around £50 from a Honda parts supplier. If you are OK with second hand you could try Lee at Ruck Style UK (on Facebook), he often has inexpensive used parts. Hope this is some help, all the best.

Hi, can the Polini Variator kit be installed on an EFI Zoomer? Or Just the carb model

Hi, it can be installed on the EFI Zoomer, got one in mine 👍

Investing in a electric power tool would make removing this and other things much easier. Nice to see you installing it properly with hand tools & a torque wrench. People just love over tightening these back on with random power tools.

Thanks for watching. That’s quite an old video, I have since invested in an impact wrench which makes things a lot easier. Still take care when re-assembling though, damaged splines are not a good idea 👍

What were the performance pluses?.. mine used to do 27mph tops, now does 25mph, could Polini and dr Pulley rescue me from the 3 p's?

@@CrustyBiker a healthy well running stock Honda ruckus should be hitting upper 30’s to low 40’s on level ground. If you’re topping out at 25 mph you likely have a mechanical issue. Figure that out before trying to improve on stock performance.
