Sir i am 38 year old male, Muje 8 Years ago DVT hua tha, ab muje vericose ho gaya hai aur leg me problem rehti hai bahut, tiredness, Fatigue, leg heaviness, itching rehta hai... Ankle me color change hai, calf me vein popped out hai, after office wn i come home my leg gets swollen Doppler me DVT vein Partial recanalization dikha raha hai. Factor V Hytrozenous detect hua tha jab DVT hua tha, and Lupus anticogulat Present bhi tha. (8years ago) But ab Anticogulant present nai hai. I am taking anticogulant life long as per doctors advice as a precaution as i have clotting tendency. I visited one doctor of a reputed hospital in delhi, he recommended for RFA treatment. But doctors of Govt Hospital told me to avoid any vericose treatment as it is developed due to DVT, and if i develop a clot again it will effect my leg badly, he recommended me to use stockings, excercise and diet, and i am not able to keep these precautions on continuous basis, but it is not working for my leg and my health It is egfffecting my daily routine work and i always feel energy less. As per your video i am case no 5 but i have not developed any ulcers, only color changes in ankle, swelling and heavyness i have after office day even after wearing stockings (stockings reduces swelling but still i develop it even after wearing it) And on my holidays my legs are normal but only when i am at home and resting the moment i go outaide for shopping or outing with kids with in one or two houra my leg gets tired and feel heavy. Please do advice something...

Sir, I have been regularly watching your varicose vein videos and I have finally made up my mind to consult an expert. I have grade 2 vv on both legs and I don't want to wear stockings. So even after venaseal there is no respite from stockings is it? That would be sad to know. But anyway thanks for the videos.

Dear Dr.Gangwani, I underwent an endovenous ablation of rt leg in Feb. Had a followup in a month. Doc said vein had closed, no need to now wear stocking. Within a month leg swelling and pain came back. Is it normal for varicose vein to come back in 2 months ?

My mother had symptoms of varicose veins since about 2021. There were black spots on both legs. But then there was no pain. 2022 started getting very painful and sore. The neurologist shows that the lesion is somewhat fixed and then worsens again in 2024, most likely stage 6. Laser treatment has been done. It has been two and a half months. Now the leg wound is healed.The doctor said there will be pain after the operation. Told to wear stockings for 2 years and follow up for 3 years. Everyone is a little worried that the pain is still happening. Tell us if we are on the right track! Because I got a lot of misguidance so confidence is lacking.

Sir, I am 43 yrs old.. I was a teacher but left that professon now. I have spider veins on my both full legs. Cooking and household work of long standing pains for me. I wear compression stockins ..i get some relief but it itches on thighs. I have spider veins on thighs also but since it itches on thighs is it recommendable to wear stockings till my knees..i mean will it create some bad impact on the thigh veins? My weight is 60 kgs and I wear Medium size stockings..is that the correct size for me? Is it ok to wear till my knees only.

I am doing all excerises of varicose veins....legs on the wall , butterfly and etc even doing 35 mins yoga , or zumba or somtimes excerise , eveyday same bt i do in daily basis ,i also do household work....still its nt reducing bt i am seeing new spider veins n green veins in some parts of my legs ...i dont know what causes dis to come .
