This was a great video with great content. I’ve read what Boz said about people not ever sprinting after 30 years old. Sad but true if you look around or ask people. Boz said WL on question 11 but awhile back he said mono was best overall. But people change and so do their values and views.

If Crossfit is all about variance, why does every single Crossfit open include double-unders? Why do dubs have such an outsized place in the test? Are they the most important marker of fitness, above and beyond all other skills and movements?

Love the "warm up" question. I found myself in the gym yesterday with limited time to execute a 15 down to 1 Row Calories / Burpees workout and my warm up was the first 15 calorie row.😂 I would love for you guys to do a "regular joe" conversation show with one of your listeners.
