You could fix one vacum to the table looking upwards, so you could just place the bag over it and then place with your hand the other vacuum on top, would save a lot of time.

How do you automate the process (no human) as far time to OPEN and RELEASE timing. Also, what will trigger the process when the bag is in READY position?
