The 707s just had a timetable change in December. To my understanding there's around 7 of them out now. If you go to London Waterloo, Vauxhall or Clapham Junction, there should be a train roughly every 10-20 minutes departing that will be operated by a class 707, usually on the Windsor/Reading lines. As a result, it shouldn't take too long to find one. Most Weybridge and Hounslow circulars are worked by a 707 now. The Strawberry Hill working departs London Waterloo at 1227.
